I was born on the Miramichi to Newfoundland parents and raised in a Real Estate and Military family in both Fredericton and Oromocto. Paying attention to detail is what I believe is important and key to being successful; a trait that I have acquired from my parents and feels it contributes to my ability to easily understand the language and emotion of Real estate. I recently graduated from St. Thomas University and also during that time worked in sales for almost 5 years. I enjoys the outdoors, loves animals and spending time with family and friends. I became interested in real estate as I witnessed firsthand from family as well as what a true good a Realtor® can make in another person’s life. I believes I has all the tools for success and is ready to pass that success on to my clients.
For the month of March Im dropping off St. Patricks day necklaces to all our clients. I'm lucky to have such great clients.
As you can see the St. Patricks day necklaces are a hit. Love when clients send in pictures
My clients are very important to me and I love to be able to give back to them in some way to show my deepest appreciation. Every October I personally delivery about 125 pumpkins to my client’s children in celebration of Fall/ Halloween. Additionally I deliver gingerbread houses in December, a perfect festive gift for my clients. As you can imagine this is a fun time for me as I get to see the many clients reaction, and often receive pictures of pumpkin carvings and completed gingerbread houses thatI would surely love to sell :) It has become such a great hit and a tradition that I take pride in continuing.
Royal Lepage, without any exaggeration stands by their motto "Helping you is what we do" As a company we take extremepride in giving back to the community. Royal Lepage is the only TrueCanadian Real Estate company that has its own charitable foundation. As realtors we work hard to help families find homes, so what better way to help raise funds for theshelter foundation. The shelter foundation focuses on ending domestic violence for women and children helping them rebuild their life. Through-out Canada every Royal LePage company has their own creative fund raiser, bake sales, yard sales but for Gardiner Realty we host an event called “Walk a Mile in her Shoes".We are extremely proud of this event as it raises much needed funds for the Women'sShelter in Fredericton. We host this event every September and men are asked to raise at least $100.00 and or/moreto walk a mile in red high heel shoes in the heart of downtown Fredericton. This is a very fun, loving and thoughtfulevent as you can imagine, as it gets everyone out in support of a very worthy cause.
